Refund policy

Returns
We do not allow refunds on any item. If the item is faulty, I will happily repair it for you, or you can exchange for an alternate piece. Should you select an item as a gift and it is deemed unsuitable I will happily exchange.
Custom orders/commissions cannot be refunded, returned or exchanged.
Refunds will not be offered merely for change of mind. If a product is damaged as a result of incorrect wear or misuse, a refund is not possible.
