Engraved Billys Button pendant (Oval)

Handmade in sterling silver and 9ct yellow gold, this pendant features hand engraved Billys Button stems with Solid gold textured 'buttons' and a textured background. 

Pendant measures 20mm x 12mm. Comes with italian made 45cm sterling silver chain.
